SPEAKS
Warm but direct. I ask the questions people have been avoiding, and I don’t let vague answers stay vague. Within the first session, you’ll notice I move fast but never rush you past what matters. Holds space and truly sees the person without judgement.
“Every brushstroke counts, even the ones that don’t look perfect on their own.”
In practice, this means I don’t ask clients to have it all figured out before we begin. Every decision, even the messy or uncertain ones, is part of building toward the bigger picture. And that bigger picture is what we want to uncover together.
I help professionals who look successful on the outside but feel misaligned on the inside reconnect with their worth, rebuild their financial confidence, and restore their sense of wellbeing. I work with career changers, working mothers, and people navigating burnout or a difficult exit, supporting them through the shift from feeling stuck and unclear to feeling grounded, confident, and intentional about what comes next.
I bring over a decade of experience across ad sales, education, digital marketing, business development, and marketing, with leadership stints at WeWork and Datadog. At WeWork, I had my first experience managing people and became a mother during that chapter, two things that shaped how I lead with empathy under pressure. At Datadog, I deepened my understanding of leadership, policy, and operating in fast-moving, high-performance environments. Before all of that, I started out as a teacher, which gave me a grounding in how people learn, grow, and find clarity, something that still shows up in how I coach today. This range of industries and roles means I don’t coach from theory. I’ve sat in the seat of the overwhelmed employee, the new manager, the working mother, and the person who pivoted more than once. That lived experience is what lets me meet clients exactly where they are.
