I am the founder of re:creator, a life design coaching studio. I coach because coaching helped me to reclaim and recreate my work, life, and dreams — and there’s nothing more meaningful than helping someone else find and fulfil theirs.
Before coaching, I held leadership roles across the private and public sectors — from the Singapore Foreign Service, to the French luxury house Hermès, to the DesignSingapore Council, where I led Singapore Design Week, the National Design Centre, and the President*s Design Award. Along the way, I also helped build two local startups — an entrepreneurial thread Hermès recognized when I was awarded first prize at its inaugural Prix des Entrepreneurs, for a charity postcard project.
Moving between diplomacy, fashion and design, entrepreneurship and social good taught me to lead pivotal transitions and integrate purpose with performance — skills I now bring to clients navigating corporate, cultural, or personal change.
