Warm, curious and attuned. Always believes the best in each person. Asks the questions that help to uncover limiting beliefs, rewrite old narratives, and move forward with courage.
“Coaching is about creating a space where people feel deeply seen, so they can courageously become who they are meant to be.”
I believe coaching is ultimately about who the client becomes, not simply what they achieve. By creating a space where clients feel deeply seen, understood and accepted just as they are, coaching cultivates the self-awareness and courage needed for lasting transformation.
Paragraph 1: I coach people who are trapped by their own self-limiting beliefs — thoughtful and capable individuals whose harsh inner critic keeps them small, perfectionists who are held back by the fear of falling short or being judged. I work with people who want to challenge old narratives that no longer serve them, who want to cultivate greater self-compassion and become the person they already have the capacity to be.
Paragraph 2: My professional journey has always centred on helping people grow. Over the past decade, I have worked in education, where I partner educators to create more inclusive classrooms and support meaningful change in teaching practice. These experiences have taught me how to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions and create spaces where people feel safe enough to reflect honestly and move forward with clarity. Through my work with youth and young adults, I’ve also seen how many experience burnout, not because they work too hard, but because their worth is intertwined with their performance. Rather than treating burnout as the problem, I help clients explore the deeper narratives driving it, so that they can cultivate a healthier sense of identity, greater self-compassion, and a more whole-hearted way of living.
