With over 1,000 hours of coaching experience, I’ve worked with leaders, founders, and professionals who are capable yet stretched – navigating complexity, expectations, and change while trying to stay aligned with who they are. Coaching creates space to slow down, see clearly, and move forward with intention. When that happens, clarity sharpens, decisions improve, and impact follows – both personally and professionally.
Before focusing on coaching and coach development, I spent over two decades in business leadership. I’ve founded and scaled companies across digital transformation, UX, e-commerce, and finance, working across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. I’ve also served as a digital advisor to trade and industry associations, supporting organisational and sector-level transformation. I understand leadership pressure from lived experience, not theory.
As a coach trainer, I go beyond tools and frameworks to develop grounded, confident and impactful coaches who can work with real human complexity. Since 2016, I’ve trained and mentored thousands of coaches. What continues to energise me is supporting people to expand their awareness, embody new capacities, and lead with clarity – where purpose meets sustainable, real-world results.
I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and am an accredited Enneagram practitioner. More than credentials, I value disciplined practice, honest inquiry, and steady development.
