Seet Yu Qing (MCC, ICF)

Hi, I’m Yu Qing and I’m really glad you’re here.

At HCC, we believe coaching is not just a skill you learn, but a way you learn to be more fully human—in how you lead, connect, and navigate uncertainty. I can’t wait to walk alongside you as you discover what you’re truly capable of.

I’ve been coaching since 2007, with over 3,000 hours coaching individuals, leaders, and startups. Coaching has shaped how I lead teams, build businesses, and relate to people—teaching me that real growth happens when we put people first, stay curious, and have the courage to explore new possibilities. I’m confident it will change the way you show up in your life and leadership too. Beyond individual coaching, I’m deeply committed to developing coaching leaders and mentoring aspiring coaches who want to create real, lasting impact.

My journey began in the creative and startup space, leading teams across multiple growth stages. From founding my first business in 2007 to now serving as COO at XCLR8 Technologies, I’ve learned that lasting growth is always rooted in human-centric leadership.

I hold a Master of Science in Innovation from Singapore Management University and had the privilege of serving as President of the ICF Singapore Chapter in 2021.

See you in our upcoming module, where we’ll have fun learning about coaching – and more importantly, yourself. Expect depth, curiosity, and moments of discovery, with space to be fully yourself.
