Having been in Human Resource for close to a decade, colleagues and friends are naturally at the heart of how I engage. Providing the space necessary for them to share their issues, navigating the issues together with them, and being able to see them get a resolution to their issue encourages me further.
As a humancentric approach coach, I will provide that space for you share your troubles, allowing an avenue to unpack the multitude of thoughts and together, shine light on the way ahead.
