I believe meaningful transformation begins with clarity – clarity of self, perspective and purpose. I partner them by creating the space to reflect deeply, challenge assumptions and see new possibilities, enabling them to make intentional choices with confidence, authenticity and impact.
Throughout my career, I have partnered with Boards, CEOs, senior executives and talents across Asia Pacific and global organisations. I coach leaders navigating organisational transformation, leadership transitions, stakeholder complexity, talent and succession challenges, culture change, team effectiveness and personal leadership growth. Having sat at the executive table myself, I understand the demands, decisions and uncertainties that leaders face, and bring both strategic perspective and practical experience to every coaching conversation.
Most recently, I served as Chief Human Resource Officer of one of Singapore’s leading organisations, following senior regional leadership roles across multinational companies spanning education, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, logistics and the public sector. Over more than three decades, I have led large-scale transformation, organisational restructuring, leadership development and talent strategies. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation of the complexities of leadership and enable me to partner leaders with empathy, credibility and real-world insight.
