Desiree Tung (PCC)

Hi, I’m Desiree.

If you’re here, there’s probably a part of you that knows you’re capable of more – more ease, more clarity, more impact – but you’re not quite sure how to get there yet. You might be leading people, managing complex stakeholders, or navigating change, all while trying to stay true to who you are. If that feels familiar, you’re in the right place.

I bring over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the public and private sectors in energy, deep tech and external relations. Having worked in 7 countries, I also know what it’s like to juggle high expectations across cultures. As a mother of two, I also understand the invisible emotional load that being a working mother and leader often carries. I don’t come with textbook answers – I come with lived experience, empathy, and a belief that you already have more resources inside you than you know.

My own journey with coaching began more than 18 years ago, when it helped me become an authentic leader, find my soul mate, and create a life that felt truly aligned with who I am. That experience lit a brighter spark in me – and it’s now my life’s work to help others find their greatness within. Since 2019, I’ve found my passion in coaching, training and mentoring, hundreds of clients and aspiring coaches. Coaching with me is a space to slow down, hear yourself think, and reconnect with what truly matters. I work with your strengths so you can lead in a way that feels natural, rather than forced. I’ll support you in tapping into emotional intelligence, to increase trust, handle conflict with more grace, and create healthier, more collaborative relationships at work and at home. Clients tell me they leave our conversations feeling seen, energised, and excited about what’s possible.

I hold a Post Grad Diploma in Management and a BA (Hons) in English Studies and Publishing – together they reflect my deep interest in people and their stories. How we interpret our experiences and make meaning of them, sits at the heart of my coaching work. But more than my certifications and titles, what matters to me is showing up with warmth, honesty and courage – so you can do the same. If you’re ready to ready to grow in a way that feels transformational, not transactional – I’d love to explore what a brighter spark could look like for you.

What Our Students Say

Desiree is a deeply intuitive and supportive coach who creates a safe, non-judgmental space for reflexion and growth. Her thoughtful, intrinsic questions help me see beyond my self-critical lens and recognise the strengths I already possess. What sets Desiree apart is her ability to empower without imposing. She facilitates clarity by helping you hear your inner voice. I left each session feeling more grounded, confident, and capable of leading with intention.
I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you again for your mentorship over the past few months. You have been such a warm and grounded presence, and I truly appreciate the way you held space with both structure and lightness. You have a calm yet clear way of guiding the flow. I've learned so much, not just about coaching techniques but also how to be a coach with presence and trust.
I really enjoyed her sessions with her. She has a great listening ear every time and will ask questions to facilitate me to ponder and reflect on my situation. I suddenly felt reassured and empowered, striking a good balance in both my professional and personal skills.
