Many people come to coaching thinking it is about tools and frameworks – and while those matter, coaching often becomes something deeper: an exploration of how we show up in relationship with ourselves and others. I believe lasting change begins not with doing more, but with seeing more clearly – of ourselves, our relationships, and the systems we are part of.
My journey into this work has been shaped by earlier leadership experience and over 15 years partnering with leaders, teams, and organisations through coaching, organisational development, and facilitation across private, public, and non-profit sectors, both locally and internationally. Through working alongside leaders and teams, I began to notice that meaningful change often emerges not from advice or solutions alone, but when we slow down enough to notice what is truly happening – within ourselves, between people, and in the wider systems around us.
Today, I support leaders and teams navigating complexity, transition, and growth, helping them develop greater awareness, clarity, and intentional choice in how they lead and relate. My approach is systemic and relational, integrating Gestalt and psychodynamic perspectives with dialogic and participatory ways of working. In coaching, we pay attention to what is unfolding in the moment – noticing patterns, assumptions, and relational dynamics as they arise – so that new choices and more intentional ways of responding and collaborating can emerge.
Alongside executive coaching, I am deeply committed to developing coaches and facilitators. As a trainer, mentor, and supervisor, I support practitioners in cultivating presence, use-of-self, and the confidence to work with real human complexity. I hold a Masters in People & Organisational Development and bring an integrated perspective shaped by years of coaching, organisational development, and facilitation practice.
I look forward to learning together as we deepen awareness and discover new possibilities for how we lead, coach, and relate.
