I care deeply about helping people find clarity when work and life start to feel overwhelming.
Over the years, I’ve worked closely with leaders navigating demanding roles, rising expectations, and constant change. Many are capable, thoughtful professionals who want to do meaningful work, support their teams well, and still have space for their lives outside of work. Yet somewhere along the way, the pressure builds — decisions feel heavier, self-doubt creeps in, and the path ahead becomes less clear.
My professional background is in Human Resources and leadership development. For more than 13 years, I’ve partnered with leaders across the US, Europe and Asia Pacific to develop high-potential talent, emerging leaders, and senior professionals stepping into bigger roles. Currently working in the tech industry, I see firsthand how leaders are navigating an increasingly fast-moving, AI-driven world – where the pace of change can be exciting, but also overwhelming.
As a young leader and mother, I know much is asked of people who are trying to do meaningful work while also showing up for their families and themselves. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation of the pressures leaders face today — balancing performance, people, and personal life in environments that rarely slow down. This perspective shapes how I show up as a coach — with empathy, curiosity, and a belief that leadership can feel both impactful and sustainable.
If you’re navigating a demanding season of leadership or life, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Coaching is your space to pause, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I’d be glad to walk alongside you.
