The HCL Module is designed for real-world leadership impact — fast.
It begins with a 2-day in person intensive where you’ll deeply internalise
the Humancentric Approach, practise core leadership coaching skills,
and experience live demonstrations.
After the intensive, you’ll join three online supervised practice sessions,
where you’ll apply your skills to real workplace scenarios with feedback
and mentoring.
This structure ensures you don’t just learn coaching — you practise,
embody, and apply it immediately in your leadership role.

The Humancentric Leader (HCL) begins with a 2-day in-person intensive, followed by 3 online supervised practice sessions to help you transfer learning to the workplace.

The complete journey takes 6 months, including live webinars, coaching labs, supervised practices and mentoring.
Yes. The Humancentric Coach Certification Program is an ICF Level 1 Pathway (in progress), including:
- 60 ICF-accredited training hours
- 10 mentor coaching hours
- Practice & supervision for ACC readiness
Yes. However you will only obtain the corresponding ICF training hours. You may use the hours for your ICF application under the Portfolio path or as a CCE for ICF credentials renewal.
No. This program is not eligible for SkillsFuture, SSG, or other government grants.
